    The Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) has announced six conditions for enrollment in the HADAF Leadership Academy, which aims to develop future leaders from the private sector in the Kingdom, in support of the outstanding quality of Emiratisation for leaders with the ability to plan creativity and innovation.​

    Fund Manager in Jubail Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Bu'ali and Saud bin Nasser Al-Omair, Director of Hadaf Leadership Academy, spoke during Tuesday's monthly meeting of businessmen organized by the Eastern Chamber in its branch in Jubail.​It witnessed a remarkable attendance that the Academy relies on the transfer of global expertise and the activation of the principles of effective and effective leadership through many cases and practical projects, and transfer of best practices globally and guidance and follow-up and direct simulation or through virtual halls with distinguished experts globally.​ 

    The objectives of the Academy are to help the private sector establishments to build leadership competencies and choose the most suitable for leadership positions, to give the trainees the competencies of team leadership and business leadership, and to benefit from global models in leadership development.​

    As for the stages of implementing the training program for the leaders of the Academy, the first stage includes registration and evaluation of the applicants and their choice to attend the program, while in the second stage, the candidate is offered 5-day direct training and distribution of learning application projects. 4- 6 weeks to apply what he learned in the program, while during the fourth and fifth stages, five days of direct training, and presentation and discussion of projects and graduation ceremony.​​

    In order to join the Academy, the applicant must be a Saudi national, be on the job at a private sector facility, have at least a bachelor's degree, and be proficient in English. The guests were honored with two commemorative shields.
